Welcome to the inaugural AUA Data Science Workshop!
The goal of this workshop is to initiate scientific interactions among groups of scientists and entrepreneurs in Armenia and abroad who work on developing cutting-edge algorithms for machine learning and big data analytics and their applications in various areas of science, economy, and commerce.
The topics to be covered in this workshop range from applying theoretical and practical approaches to deep learning and AI, to research in knowledge representation and reasoning, large-scale image processing, bioinformatics, and natural language processing.
We are hopeful that this event will contribute to the further strengthening of Armenia’s IT sector, as well as extending those strengths into additional vital areas of modern data science and big data related research.
